Our Beet the Heat is a spin on the classic Americano cocktail. Composed of equal parts Campari and Sweet Vermouth and topped with club soda, the Americano is the ultimate low ABV (alcohol by volume) cocktail. Herbal, earthy and slightly bitter, we swap out the original recipe’s Campari for our homemade beet syrup. The resulting drink is a beautiful ruby red work of art.

This drink is served in a highball or double old fashioned glass. An orange peel garnish is optional.

  1. Fill a highball or double old fashioned glass with ice

  2. Add sweet vermouth, then add beet syrup

  3. Fill with club soda

  4. Serve
