Honey Ginger Syrup

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup honey

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup thinly sliced unpeeled fresh ginger

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare syrup by adding honey, water and ginger to a small saucepan

  2. Bring mixture to a boil

  3. Reduce heat and let simmer on low for 10 minutes

  4. Remove from heat and let sit for at least 15 minutes covered

  5. Once syrup has cooled completely, transfer to a clean glass container and use in your favorite cocktails
