INGREDIENTS

  • 5 - 10 mint leaves

  • 1/2 lime, cut into wedges or 3/4 oz. lime juice

  • 1 oz. passion fruit syrup

  • 1.5 oz. rum

  • Club soda

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the passion fruit syrup by adding 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and passion fruit pulp to a saucepan.

  2. Bring mixture to a boil

  3. Reduce heat and let simmer on low heat for 5 - 10 minutes

  4. Let syrup cool completely and then strain through a fine mesh strainer

  5. Place the ingredients in a tall or collins glass in the following order: mint leaves, limes wedges, passion fruit syrup

  6. Muddle well

  7. Add rum and then fill with ice

  8. Fill with club soda
