The azalea symbolizes femininity, softness, and love; it represents a fragile passion that is still in bloom.

The base spirit for this drink is Naked Grouse Blended Scotch Whisky. With its rich, fruity flavors, Naked Grouse pairs perfectly with our homemade peach syrup. A dash of Angostura bitters are added for color and subtle spice. The cocktail is then filled with Prosecco or your choice of sparkling wine.

This drink is served in a champagne flute.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 oz. Naked Grouse Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

  • 1/2 oz. homemade peach syrup

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

  • Prosecco or other sparkling wine

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare peach syrup by bringing 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water and 2 ripe, thinly sliced peaches to a boil

  2. Reduce heat and let simmer on low for 5 minutes uncovered

  3. Remove from heat and let mixture steep for 25 - 30 minutes

  4. Once mixture has cooled completely, strain from peaches

  5. Add Naked Grouse and peach syrup to champagne flute

  6. Top with Prosecco or your choice of sparkling wine

  7. Serve
