Both spicy and sweet, those other sours can’t compete. This tropical spin on the whiskey sour is by far our favorite.

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz. Dad’s Hat Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz. pineapple juice
Muddled mango slice
1 jalapeño slice
Red pepper flakes for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Wipe the side of your old-fashioned glass with a citrus wedge and garnish glass with red pepper flakes
Add simple syrup and mango slice in a cocktail shaker and muddle well
Add remaining ingredients
Add ice and shake for 20 seconds
Double strain into old-fashioned glass filled with ice
Serve
