INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz. Dad’s Hat Rye Whiskey

  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup

  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1 oz. pineapple juice

  • Muddled mango slice

  • 1 jalapeño slice

  • Red pepper flakes for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wipe the side of your old-fashioned glass with a citrus wedge and garnish glass with red pepper flakes

  2. Add simple syrup and mango slice in a cocktail shaker and muddle well

  3. Add remaining ingredients

  4. Add ice and shake for 20 seconds

  5. Double strain into old-fashioned glass filled with ice

  6. Serve
