Coconut Praline Syrup

INGREDIENTS
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut water
1 cup crushed pecans
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine brown sugar and coconut water in a small saucepan
Turn heat on medium and stir until sugar has dissolved
Add the crushed pecans
Once mixture reaches a boil, reduce heat and let simmer on low for 15 minutes
Remove from heat and let cool completely
Transfer to a clean glass container and use in your favorite cocktails
