Coconut Praline Syrup

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1 cup crushed pecans

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine brown sugar and coconut water in a small saucepan

  2. Turn heat on medium and stir until sugar has dissolved

  3. Add the crushed pecans

  4. Once mixture reaches a boil, reduce heat and let simmer on low for 15 minutes

  5. Remove from heat and let cool completely

  6. Transfer to a clean glass container and use in your favorite cocktails
