Peanut Butter Syrup

If you’re like me and you love peanut butter AND condensed milk, then this is the perfect recipe for you. Add it to your favorite cocktails or on a stack of pancakes.


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup coconut sugar

  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the peanut butter syrup by adding the almond milk and coconut sugar to a small saucepan

  2. Let the sugar dissolve completely, but don’t let the mixture come to a simmer

  3. Quickly whisk in peanut butter until mixture is smooth

  4. Bring mixture to a gentle simmer for 15 - 20 minutes

  5. Strain through a fine mesh strainer a few times

  6. Let cool completely

  7. Once cooled, strain the syrup and store in a glass container for use
